As you get settled in, there are a few
things that you will want to know. (We recommend that you save this
page in your favorites on your internet web browser. If you are unfamiliar
with how to do that, all you need to do is look at the top or your internet
explorer page and click on favorites and then click on add to favorites,
then click on ok. That should do it...)

High speed internet service is provided for our executive office space
clients. You should be able to just plug your pc or laptop into the
wall and be up and running. If you are using wireless you will need
a wireless access key. Just give our office a call at 704-655-0379 and
we will be glad to provide you with it. As dependable as internet service
is, it does go down from time to time. If this happens to you; first
ask a neighbor in your unit if they are experiencing the same problem.
If the anwer is yes, please call our office and we will work with our
internet service provider to restore service as quick as possible. If
your neighbor is not having problems, then it is likely that it is a
configuration problem with your computer or PC and you will need to
dispatch a technician. We do offer technical support but there is additional

We are happy to provide our executive office
space tenants complimentary use of the conference. It is important to
remember that you will need to call ahead to our office at 704-655-0379
to reserve the conference room in order to guarantee its availability.
Copy and fax
If you need to make a copy or two or send or receive a fax just stop
by our office. Our fax # is 704-655-0379 and we will be glad to give
you a call when we receive a fax on your behalf. We are more than happy
to offer that service to our executive office space tenants free of
charge. If you need to make a lot of copies for a mailer or marketing
project their will be a modest charge.
For our executive offices we provide cleaning
service for the common areas including the bathroom, kitchen and reception.
For the courtesy towards everyone in your unit we ask for your help
in keeping these areas well maintained by cleaning up after yourself
should you have an accident or should a spill occur. Your help in keeping
these areas clean is greatly appreciated. If your unit does need immediate
attention or is running low on supplies, please do not hesitate to give
our office a call at 704-655-0379.
The mail box key for your unit is located in the pantry cabinet in the
kitchen. It will be hung from a hook on the side of the bottom left
hand shelf. This key will open the mail box for your unit which is located
just behind our leasing office at unit 18141. Please return the key
to the hook when you are finished.
In accordance with your lease; both Lexington Park and the tenant shall
maintain insurance to cover their respective interests. Although you
are free to chose any provider that you wish, we recommend Partners
Insurance located on-site at 18135 W. Catawba Ave.
When & Where
Our leases are structured so that rent payments are due on the first
day of the month. In accordance with the terms of your lease there is
a minimum of a $50.00 late fee for all payments received after the 5th

We are also pleased to provide you with a free service where we will
autodraft your rent payment each month so it is one less thing that
